What Is Your Lead Time?
Our lead time can vary based on what we have in production and in stock.
Generally, from scratch, our builds take 3 – 4 months.
We preemptively build units to keep in stock, so it is always best to check with our sales representatives on what we have in stock.
Are You Trailers Made In The USA?
While we work with suppliers overseas on parts, we do build our units in the United States at our factory location in Ceredo West Virginia.
Does Your Trailer's Have A Warranty Policy?
Our trailers come with a 1 Year Limited Structural Warranty, which you can utilize to make a claim with our sales reps to work on the best solution to fix your trailer.
We keep parts in stock, and if we are out of stock, our lead time is usually 1 – 2 weeks on parts.
Also, we will pay for invoices for any subcontracted work on weld repairs on the trailers if it falls under the warranty claim.
